Google Workspace — Gmail, Calendar, Drive
Connecting Google Workspace gives the bot read & (with consent) write access to your Gmail, Calendar, and Drive. The bot prefers reads — it never sends an email or creates an event without quoting the exact draft and asking you to confirm in the chat.
The wordings below are examples, not commands. Ceven understands intent and context — say it however feels natural. "Who's our top customer?" and "tell me about the highest-grossing account this quarter" route to the same answer. References to "this month", "last quarter", "recently" are interpreted relative to today. The bot disambiguates when it's unsure rather than guessing.
What you can ask
did marketing send the renewal email yesterday?— searches Gmailwhat's on my calendar tomorrow?— Calendar listfind any Drive doc mentioning Q3 budget— Drive searchschedule a 30 min meeting with Priya next Tuesday at 2pm— Calendar create (always confirms first)draft a follow-up to the Acme thread— Gmail draft (always confirms before sending)
Connecting
- From Settings → Integrations, click Connect Google Workspace.
- Pick the workspace account (not personal Gmail unless that's the one your team uses).
- Approve the scopes — the bot asks for Gmail (read + send), Calendar (read + create), Drive (read + search).
Confirmation rules
The bot will always show you the full draft and require an explicit "send" / "confirm" before:
- Sending an email
- Creating, modifying, or deleting a calendar event
- Sharing or modifying a Drive file
Reads (search, view, list) happen automatically — the bot doesn't ask permission to look, only to act.
Multi-user accounts: the bot uses the OAuth session of whoever connected Workspace. If a teammate connected first, you'll be searching their inbox unless you reconnect under your own account.
